Three reasons people choose us: transparent annual fees without surprise increases; proactive updates so you stay informed of regulatory and technological changes that affect you; and a seamless pathway when you decide to use, donate, or stop storage. UK law now permits storage for up to 55 years.

We handle both UK domestic transfers and international transport. Domestic moves typically don't require special permits. International transfers involve customs and import/export documentation, which we manage on your behalf. Both sending and receiving clinics must agree to the transfer in advance.

International group transport (up to 15 straws, hand-carried with other clients' shipments) is from £1,200, fully inclusive of fees, insurance and logistics. Exclusive transport, where the courier travels solely for your shipment on your specified date, is from £3,000. UK domestic transport is quoted on request.

We support two pathways. To another person: altruistic donation under UK rules (donors should be under 36 at the time of freezing, with additional screening and identity-release rules in place). To science: HFEA-licensed research projects, where we help you find a project aligned with your wishes and coordinate consent and transport. Implications counselling is included in both paths.

Yes. Egg Advisor has no affiliations with any fertility clinic, pharmaceutical company, or egg freezing provider. Our role is to coordinate your service ethically and transparently, with your interests as the only consideration.

This is common, some clinics don't have donation programmes, research partnerships, or affordable long-term storage. We can help you move your eggs to a clinic or biobank that can meet your wishes. Administration and transport fees will apply.
